GS 101: Ministry Versus Church

3 credit hours - One hour weekly; one term.

This course will help the student to understand and be clear about their understanding of what they are called to do within the ministry. Upon completion of the course, students will understand that the teaching and preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ is ministry. Also, students will explore how individual growth comes through ministry.

GS 102: The Simplicity of the Gospel

3 credit hours - One hour weekly; one term.

This course will help the student to understand how to know the wisdom of God; understanding the knowledge of God; how to break down and bring clarity and simplicity of the scriptures; and how to break down the five ministries of the church and explain their functions.

GS 103: Understanding the Gifts and Callings

3 credit hours - One hour weekly; one term.

This course will explain the gifts and the callings according to Ephesians 1:17 and 1 Corinthians 12:1-11. The student will be able to identify their gifts, talents, and what they are called to do with the ministry.

GS 104: Doctrine

3 credit hours - One hour weekly; one term.

This course will teach students how to rightly divide the Word of God. This course will cover the Doctrine of Christ.
