Dr. LaDonna J. Tucker
Chancellor
In the year 2012, Dr. LaDonna Tucker, was appointed by Bishop Larry H. Jordan, Sr. as the Chancellor of the Believers Bible Institute. Dr. Tucker was ordained as a minister at The Believers Worship Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland in 1997 and has since been engaged in the life of the church through serving the Body of Christ for over 20 years in several leadership roles within the Ministry.
Prior to her appointment as Chancellor, she has taught numerous courses in higher education and worked with the State of Maryland’s higher education coordinating board responsible for establishing state-wide policies for Maryland public and private colleges and universities and for- profit career schools. Dr. Tucker earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, her Master of Education degree from Regent University and her Doctorate of Higher Education from Morgan State University with a concentration in Higher Education Administration.

Elder Douglas Garland
President
Elder Douglas M. Garland has been a faithful member of The Believers Worship Center for the past 16 years. In 2007, he was ordained as an Elder by Bishop Larry H. Jordan, Sr., Senior Pastor, of The Believers Worship Center. After serving for several years as the Director of TBWC’s Disciples School of Ministry, he was appointed by Bishop Jordan as the President of the Believers Bible Institute.
Elder Garland has over 30 years of experience focusing on adult Christian education as an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is a double graduate of Howard University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Divinity degree, cum laude, from Howard University Divinity School.

Elder Warren Stewart
The Vice President for Information Technology & CIO will provide visionary and strategic leadership and effective management for the Institute. The office of Information Technology Services is comprised of the following units: Client Support Services; Network Support Services; System Support Services; Media Support Services; and Administrative Computing Services.
Charles Tucker
As the chief legal officer oversees and manages the provision of all legal services to the institution to ensure maximum protection of its legal rights and to maintain its operations within the limits prescribed by law. Assists officers of the institution and other upper management in carrying out the mission of the institution.
VP Finance And Human Resources
The Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s administrative and financial services and departments, supporting and promoting profitable goals and objectives.
Dr. LaDonna Tucker
The Chancellor performs public and administrative work which furthers the development of the institution toward its goals and objectives. The Chancellor may delegate any of the assigned duties and responsibilities of this office, except otherwise restricted by University Policy.
Executive Assistant
Responsibilities include managing the decision-making process, exchange of information, and documentation of outcomes in support of Board activities. The position also works proactively with the Chancellor and President, and senior staff to carry out the policies, goals, and initiatives.
Min. Lisa Curry
The Vice President, of Academic Affairs, serves as the chief academic officer of the institute and is responsible for educational policy and academic programs.
